Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Easy Beauty Inc. ("Easy Beauty," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware-incorporated company, governing your access to and use of the Easy Beauty platform at easybeautypro.com and its associated web and mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Definitions

  • "Platform" means the Easy Beauty website, web application, and mobile applications.
  • "IBP" or "Independent Beauty Professional" means a beauty professional who creates a professional account on the Platform to manage bookings, payments, and client relationships.
  • "Client" means an individual who creates a client account on the Platform to book appointments with IBPs.
  • "Booking" means a confirmed appointment between a Client and an IBP made through the Platform.
  • "Services" means the beauty services offered by IBPs through the Platform.
  • "Booking Page" means the IBP's personal, shareable booking URL generated by the Platform.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to create an IBP account on the Platform.
  • There is no minimum age requirement to create a Client account; however, the Platform is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (see our Privacy Policy).
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify Easy Beauty immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Easy Beauty is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each individual or business entity may maintain only one IBP account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent Platform policies is prohibited.

IBP Terms

4.1 Professional Responsibility

IBPs are solely responsible for:

  • The quality, safety, and legality of the Services they provide
  • Maintaining any required professional licenses, certifications, and insurance in their jurisdiction
  • Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing their profession
  • Accurately representing their qualifications, services, and pricing on the Platform

4.2 Professional Verification

Easy Beauty offers an optional professional verification program. IBPs who submit their state license information and are verified by Easy Beauty receive a Verified Professional Badge on their Booking Page. Verification is not mandatory to use the Platform. Easy Beauty verifies license information in good faith but does not guarantee the accuracy of license data obtained from state boards. The verified badge is a representation of the IBP's submitted license information at the time of verification and does not constitute endorsement by Easy Beauty.

4.3 Booking Page and Client Relationships

Upon account setup, Easy Beauty generates a personal Booking Page for each IBP. IBPs may share this Booking Page with their clients through any channel of their choosing. Easy Beauty is not a marketplace — the Platform does not facilitate client discovery of IBPs through public search or directory features.

IBPs own and are responsible for their client relationships. Easy Beauty does not take a commission on client bookings.

4.4 Service Listings

IBPs are responsible for accurately listing their services, including service descriptions, durations, and pricing. Easy Beauty's service-time booking system calculates appointment slot availability based on the service durations IBPs configure. IBPs must keep their service information current and accurate.

4.5 Cancellation and No-Show Policies

IBPs may configure their own cancellation and no-show protection policies through the Platform dashboard, including cancellation windows and fee amounts (flat or percentage). These policies are displayed to Clients on the IBP's Booking Page before a booking is confirmed. Easy Beauty will enforce these policies on behalf of the IBP by charging the applicable fee to the Client's payment method on file, subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation fees execute automatically when a Client cancels outside the IBP's configured cancellation window.
  • No-show fees execute upon the IBP's confirmation of a no-show through the dashboard.

IBPs acknowledge that Easy Beauty's enforcement of these policies is limited to the Platform's technical capabilities and does not constitute a guarantee of fee collection. Disputed charges are subject to Stripe's dispute resolution process.

4.6 Subscription and Billing

IBP access to the Platform requires a paid subscription. Current subscription tiers and pricing are displayed on the Platform's pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

  • Pro Tier: $24.99/month (or approximately $249.90/year for annual billing — approximately 2 months free).
  • Additional tiers (Growth, Elite) are coming soon and will be subject to pricing and terms communicated at launch.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • A 14-day free trial is available for new IBP accounts on the Pro tier. No credit card is required during the trial period.
  • After the trial period, continued use of the Platform requires a valid payment method on file.
  • Easy Beauty does not take a percentage of IBP revenue or charge transaction fees beyond the Stripe processing fee applied to client payments.

4.7 Cancellation of IBP Subscription

IBPs may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Upon cancellation, IBP access to the Platform and all associated data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, during which time the IBP may export their data.

Client Terms

5.1 Client Account

Clients create a platform-scoped Easy Beauty account that works across all IBPs they book with on the Platform. A Client's booking history with one IBP is not visible to other IBPs.

5.2 Booking and Payment

When a Client books an appointment through an IBP's Booking Page:

  • The Client's payment method is partially captured at the time of booking to secure the appointment.
  • The IBP completes and captures the full payment at the time of service through their dashboard.
  • Clients authorize Easy Beauty and the relevant IBP to charge their payment method for the booked service amount and any applicable cancellation or no-show fees.

5.3 Cancellation Policy

Each IBP sets their own cancellation and no-show policy, which is displayed on their Booking Page before booking confirmation. Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable policy before confirming a booking. By confirming a booking, Clients agree to the IBP's cancellation policy and authorize the collection of applicable fees.

5.4 Disputes with IBPs

Easy Beauty is a platform that facilitates bookings between Clients and IBPs. Easy Beauty is not a party to the service agreement between a Client and an IBP. Disputes regarding the quality of services, appointment conduct, or refunds should be directed to the IBP in the first instance. Easy Beauty may, at its sole discretion, assist in resolving disputes but is not obligated to do so and does not guarantee any particular outcome.

5.5 Reviews

Clients may leave reviews on IBP profiles following completed appointments. Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on the Client's genuine experience. Reviews that contain false statements, hate speech, personal attacks, or content that violates these Terms may be removed at Easy Beauty's discretion. Easy Beauty does not guarantee that reviews will not be removed or that all reviews will be published.

Payments and Stripe

All payment processing on the Platform is handled by Stripe. By using the Platform's payment features, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Easy Beauty does not store credit card, debit card, or bank account information directly. Payout timing for IBPs is subject to Stripe's standard payout schedule, typically within 2 business days of payment capture, and may vary based on bank processing times and Stripe's policies.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content including service listings, reviews, or profile information
  • Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or any other user's account
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform without our prior written consent
  • Use the Platform to send unsolicited commercial communications
  • Circumvent any technical measures implemented by Easy Beauty to enforce these Terms

Intellectual Property

8.1 Easy Beauty IP

The Platform, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by Easy Beauty Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use Easy Beauty's trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent.

8.2 Your Content

By uploading content to the Platform (including profile photos, service descriptions, and reviews), you grant Easy Beauty a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

Privacy and Data

Easy Beauty's collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

SMS Communications and Consent

10.1 Transactional SMS

By creating an account and providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Easy Beauty including appointment confirmations, reminders, account notifications, and one-time verification codes. These messages are necessary for the operation of the Platform.

10.2 Marketing SMS

Easy Beauty may send marketing SMS messages with your prior express written consent. You may provide this consent during account registration or in your account settings. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any marketing SMS. Message and data rates may apply.

Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. EASY BEAUTY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

EASY BEAUTY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT, SERVICES, OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY IBP OR CLIENT. EASY BEAUTY DOES NOT ENDORSE ANY IBP OR GUARANTEE THE QUALITY OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY IBPS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EASY BEAUTY INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF EASY BEAUTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

EASY BEAUTY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO EASY BEAUTY IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Easy Beauty Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any Services you provide as an IBP.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights.

YOU AND EASY BEAUTY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

Changes to These Terms

Easy Beauty reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and by posting a notice on the Platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

Termination

Easy Beauty may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process described in our Privacy Policy. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: these Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Easy Beauty regarding your use of the Platform.
  • Severability: if any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • Waiver: Easy Beauty's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
  • Assignment: you may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without Easy Beauty's prior written consent. Easy Beauty may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.
  • No Agency: nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Easy Beauty.
